HR Process Improvements and Outsourcing

We found they we running three HR applications, from two separate companies, using two different banks to process the payroll. After doing a little research, we proposed a new solution that would leverage one outsource partner to provide a managed HRIS Application and process payroll in a single package. The initial project schedule from the vendor was a nine week implementation. By leveraging the lifecycle process and a little common sense, the implementation was completed in less than 4 weeks with no errors on the first production run. The company saved over $1000/month in processing and was able to reduce the HR headcount 75% with no impact to the services provided.
